How to Order: Please provide your personalization, color choices, and any other details we need to know to create your order. Please also attach your seating chart or submit it via email. We will provide proofs shortly after your order is placed for your approval. 

IF REQUESTING AN ALPHABETICAL SEATING CHART, PLEASE SEND IN A SPREADSHEET FORMAT SO THAT NAMES CAN BE COPIED AND PASTED SEPARATELY FROM TABLE NUMBERS.

LEAD TIME:
We strive to ship your order within the quoted lead time but if additional changes are required after receiving your proof, this could potentially delay your ship date. 

~A proof is emailed to you within an estimated 7 business days after purchase for your approval. If you delay to approve the proof, this will delay your order. Please be sure to check your email and your spam folder within this time frame.
IMPORTANT: Although we absolutely want you to love your sign, many proof requests or design changes can yield an additional design fee.
**Some intricate designs and fonts may require an additional fee. If in doubt, please reach out to us before placing your order.
~After proof is approved, there is an estimated 3-4 business day production lead time to create & ship your order.

Please note: Any cancellations after design(s) are created will incur a $25 design fee per sign.

Due to the nature of our handmade designs, Mulberry Market Designs does not offer returns. Each sign is made by hand, to order. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please send us a chat so we can promptly help. :)

We can only cancel your order as long as it has not began production. We ship orders very quickly, so cancellations are not always possible. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours, due to our fast production.
