Theft: If in the very rare chance your package is stolen upon delivery, Mulberry Market Designs is not held responsible. We will however, help you file a claim for your package and help you re-order your products. We provide tracking for every shipment, so it is the buyers responsibility to monitor the tracking and be available for the delivery. Signature's are not required for our shipments, so if you prefer a signature to prevent any risk of theft, we can happily apply that to your order upon request.

Damages: Damages are very unlikely with our shipments, because we package each and every product with the highest quality of packaging materials & care. Thick bubble wrap, stretch wrap, and protective corners are included with every shipment. If in the rare chance your package arrives damaged, we will file a damage claim on your behalf. No refunds/replacement items can take place until the claim is processed. Mulberry Market Designs is not held responsible for the mishandling of your shipment in the hands of UPS or USPS.

Delays: To ensure your package arrives in plenty of time, please provide ample shipping time, or purchase expedited shipping. Mulberry Market Designs is not responsible for packages arriving late and cannot issue refunds if your package arrives later than expected. It is the buyers responsibility to provide ample shipping time or order in enough time. We will however issue a claim on your behalf if your delayed shipment qualifies for a claim.

COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE:

PLEASE keep in mind that shipping transit times are taking longer than usual due to Covid-19. Currently it is taking 5-7 business days to deliver, sometimes longer. NOT counting weekend days. PLEASE factor this in when placing your order. If you cut it close, or do not provide ample shipping time, we cannot guarantee that your order will deliver before your wedding/need by date. We have no control over the delivery carriers and how far behind they are. If you place your order within our lead time, but do not provide at least 2 weeks of shipping time, this is a risk that you take and there will be no refunds if your order arrives late. If you've placed your order and we notice there is little room for shipping, we will reach out to you to request that you pay expedited shipping.

• Small items ship USPS First Class or Priority
• Large items ship UPS Ground
• Orders within the U.S. take an estimated 3-5 business days to be delivered once shipped.
• International orders take 8-14 business days to be delivered once shipped.
• Although unlikely, import fees can apply to some international orders like Canada or UK. We are not responsible for these fees.
