• Please note: No physical item is sent to you. You will receive a high quality, high resolution digital download, ready for printing in any size! Please keep in mind this is a simple sketch focusing on line work and details that make your portrait special. Additional landscaping, people, or other additions can yield a difference price.

• How long will it take for my artwork to arrive? It generally takes 3-5 days to create and ship your order. (Our studio is closed on the weekends) We provide tracking as soon as your order ships!

• Measurements: All measurements are in inches. Size includes the frame.

• Does artwork come ready to hang? Yes, we include self leveling hardware attached to the back of your artwork to make it easy to hang.

• Can I return or exchange my artwork? We want you to love your purchase! All artwork is custom made for each customer. (We do not keep a stock) therefore we do not accept returns. However, if there is something wrong with your order, we will definitely make it right!

• What if my order comes damaged? We're commited to our quality and your satisfaction! If your order arrives damaged, please let us know right away and we will happily send you a free replacement! All orders are insured!

• FREE shipping within the USA. Orders ship with tracking and insurance. Insurance covers the full cost of your order, protecting it in case of your order is damaged upon delivery or is lost during transit.
