Mulberry Market Designs does not offer returns for any reason other than a damaged or defective sign. All signs are each handmade to order. If for any reason there is a problem with your sign, we would be happy to help! We require a picture of the entire sign and clear images of any defects or problems. We urge you to inspect your sign as soon as you receive it to ensure it arrived in perfect condition.
We accept cancellations within 2 business days, as long as your order has not been completed or shipped. We ship orders very quickly, so cancellations are not always possible. Any order requiring a cancellation after 2 business days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
