We notified them with photos of the damage and without hesitation they made it right by creating another 1 quickly and sent it out! Their work is simply beautiful! I ordered a custom sign from Mulberry Market, and the sign was beautiful but arrived slightly damaged. They were so easy to work with, and immediately made and shipped a new sign to replace it. The signs are high quality and love the option to add custom text. Highly recommend!

The rustic farmhouse sconces were exactly what I was looking for (in black), and exactly as described. Arrived carefully packaged to avoid damage and look beautiful hung with a piece of medium sized wood framed art.

When I received my custom order, to my surprise it was missing part of my business logo. I reached out with a picture of the item I received along with the actually logo I submitted. They apologized for the error and promptly replaced it with the correct logo. I love it!! Thank you for a quick response and action. It feels so great not to get the run-a-round and made to jump through hoops. I am actually getting ready to submit another order. Thanks again!
