- How long will it take for my artwork to arrive? It generally takes 3-5 days to create and ship your order. (Our studio is closed on the weekends) We provide tracking as soon as your order ships!

- Does artwork come ready to hang? Yes, we include self leveling hardware attached to the back of your artwork to make it easy to hang.
- Can I return or exchange my artwork? We want you to love your purchase! All artwork is custom made for each customer. (We do not keep a stock) therefore we do not accept returns. However, if there is something wrong with your order, we will definitely make it right!
- What if my order comes damaged? We're commited to our quality and your satisfaction! If your order arrives damaged, please let us know right away and we will happily send you a free replacement! All orders are insured!
