All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (except for personalized signs) and shipped UPS Ground. Each sign is handmade. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few additional days for processing. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Mulberry Market Designs does not offer returns for any reason other than a damaged or defective sign. All signs are each handmade to order. If for any reason there is a problem with your sign, we require a picture of the entire sign and zoomed images of any defects. We urge you to inspect your sign as soon as you receive it to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. You can view all of our policies HERE.
