We strive to ship your order within the quoted lead time but if additional changes are required after receiving your proof, this could potentially delay your ship date. If there are many design changes/proofs or elaborate design requests, this could yield an additional design fee. Any cancellations after design(s) are created will incur a $25 design fee per sign.

We can only cancel your order as long as it has not began production. We ship orders very quickly, so cancellations are not always possible. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours, due to our fast production.
