Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received based on our current lead time. It can fluctuate by a few days depending on our work load and your place in line with our orders. To ensure your order arrives in plenty of time, please provide your wedding date or need by date.
✦ LARGE ORDERS:
If you plan to place a large order, please note that at least 1 week will be applied to our current lead time to complete your order. We are happy to provide an est. ship date if you send us a message with the items you wish to order. We can also set up combined shipping for you to save you money!
When placing your order, please direct all questions or special requests to our inbox! We generally do not review your receipt, until your order comes due. It's also important to provide your need by date with your order to ensure it arrives in time.
We ship worldwide! Tracking is provided once your item ships. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, as well as custom fees. If ever your packages does go missing or arrives damaged, please let us know and we'll do our best to help!
✦ CANCELATIONS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Mulberry Market Designs does not accept returns or exchanges. Cancelations are accepted only within 48 hours. If you wish to cancel and it has been more than 48 hours, we will happily provide store credit. On a case by case basis, we will cancel your order is the item can be restocked, but a 20% restocking fee may apply.
