I found this company while looking for Christmas wall art. I love the way the website looked and loved the products available so I decided to go ahead and place an order. I placed my order on November 12 thinking that I was ordering early enough to receive before December began. I wanted to enjoy this beautiful frame all month of December! Well, I was wrong. After a few days passed, I began to check if there had been any updates on my order. Nothing changed until November 23. I got so excited when I saw that my frame was ready to be shipped out. This confirmed my desire of receiving it before December. I was so happy. Once again, wrong. Today, December 1, I checked to see the updates on my order only to find out that there still hadn’t been any changes yet. UPS still stated that they were awaiting to receive package. I decided to contact Mulberry. I found their phone number, called them, and my call was sent directly to a voicemail. I left a message hoping I would receive a callback. I instead received an email stating that they would be contacting their shipping department and getting back to me when they had an update. I just checked the UPS website and it is stating that my package has finally been picked up tonight. My package is scheduled to be delivered on December 8. That is nearly a month from the time that I placed my order. I truly hope it gets here on the 8th and that there aren’t any more delays. If someone dropped the ball and did not make sure my package was mailed out when it was ready, I expected for them to try to remedy this and maybe upgrade the shipping speed and make sure to get this package to me sooner. It’s all about customer service. Good customer service. I had planned on ordering several more frames but with the experience I just had, there’s not a chance. Their frames look beautiful, (can’t speak for the quality yet since I haven’t received it) and if you have a month to wait, order from this company.
