Our signs are created with quality acrylic and wood materials, sourced locally and selected by hand.
For every wooden sign, each piece of wood is unique with its own characteristics like notches, holes, and wood grains. No two pieces are identical and imperfections in the wood should be expected. We use the same stain color throughout our designs, ensuring a beautiful, matching color.
Our acrylic signs are cut with precision and are durable and strong. Please be careful with the pointed corners and only clean your acrylic with a soft, dry rag. If you must clean the front with anything, only use water as chemicals may strip the lettering.
PROOFS: Due to the volume of orders we receive, proofs are only provided upon request, on custom/personalized orders only. Requests 𝑴𝑼𝑺𝑻 be left in the personalization box at checkout or via email, at the time of the purchase. Requesting a proof will add an additional 2-4 days onto production time.
SHIPPING: We ship WORLDWIDE! Orders $35+ within the U.S. ship FREE!

DELIVERY ESTIMATES: (Delivery dates are just estimates and can be affected by inclement weather or holidays)
- Orders within the U.S. take an estimated 3-5 business days to be delivered once shipped.
- International orders take 8-14 business days to be delivered once shipped. (Although unlikely, VAT fees can apply to some international orders like Canada or UK. We are not responsible for these fees.)
Theft: If in the very rare chance your package is stolen or missing upon delivery, Mulberry Market Designs is not held responsible, but we will however, help you file a claim for your package and then help you re-order your products or provide a refund once the claim has processed. We provide tracking for every shipment, so it is the buyers responsibility to monitor the tracking and be available for the delivery. Estimated deliveries are provided for every shipment, once tracking is sent. Signature's are not included with our shipments, so if you prefer a signature, please request this when ordering or via email. Your package is automatically insured for up to $100. If your order is to exceed $100 and you want to apply more insurance coverage, please inquire via email and we will help you add that small cost to your order.
Damages: Damages are very unlikely with our shipments, because we package each and every product with the highest quality of packaging materials & care. Thick bubble wrap, stretch wrap, and protective corners are included with every shipment. If in the rare chance your package arrives damaged, we will file a damage claim on your behalf. No refunds/replacement items can take place until the claim is processed. Mulberry Market Designs is not held responsible for the mishandling of your shipment in the hands of UPS or USPS.
Delays: To ensure your package arrives in plenty of time, please provide ample shipping time, or purchase expedited shipping. Mulberry Market Designs is not responsible for packages arriving late and cannot issue refunds if your package arrives later than expected. It is the buyers responsibility to provide ample shipping time or order in enough time. We will however issue a claim on your behalf if your delayed shipment qualifies for a claim.
